Privacy Policy

CALITURES ("we", "us") operates the website calitures.ai, which offers digital wallpaper collections, an online growth course and — once released — AI image and video generation. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored and what rights you have over it. It applies to every visitor and account holder.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — your email address, a securely hashed password (or a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google), the date your account was created and your sign-in timestamps.
• Purchase and subscription data — which products you own, subscription tier, status, renewal or cancellation dates and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
• Course progress — lesson completion, checklist state, quiz answers and any personal notes you type into the course.
• Reviews — the star rating and optional written feedback you submit, linked to your account.
• Waitlist data — the email address you enter into the CALITURES AI waitlist, the submission timestamp, its source page and its status.
• Technical and usage data — pages visited, approximate session information, device and browser type, and the IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

We do not collect or store special categories of personal data, and we never receive or store your full card number.

2. Accounts and authentication

Accounts are required to access purchased products. Authentication is handled by our backend authentication provider, which stores credentials in hashed form and issues short-lived session tokens to your browser. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address and basic profile identifier from Google — never your Google password. You can reset your password at any time by email.

3. Payments

All payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's payment interface and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We receive from Stripe only the information required to fulfil your order: the product purchased, amount, currency, payment status, subscription state and Stripe identifiers. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

4. Subscription and entitlement management

We store a record of what you are entitled to access (for example the Mobile or Mobile + Desktop wallpaper plan, or the course) so the site can unlock the right content. Changes made in Stripe — upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, failed payments — are sent to us through secure webhooks and update your access accordingly.

5. Email

We use your email address to send transactional messages only: account and password emails, purchase confirmations, waitlist confirmations and a single review invitation after a purchase. We do not sell your address and we do not send unsolicited marketing. Emails are delivered through our email infrastructure provider, which processes delivery metadata on our behalf.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and privacy-friendly server-side analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate — page views, session duration and general engagement. This helps us improve the product. Analytics data is not used to build advertising profiles and is not sold. Where your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or equivalent signal, we honour reduced measurement where technically possible.

7. Reviews

Reviews are submitted voluntarily and are reviewed before publication. A published review may display your rating, your written feedback and the product reviewed. You may ask us to remove your review at any time.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface state. Analytics cookies are used for the measurement described above. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out.

9. Bot protection

Public forms such as the AI waitlist are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and by server-side rate limiting. This processes limited technical signals, including your IP address, purely to distinguish humans from automated abuse.

10. Storage, security and retention

Data is stored in a managed, access-controlled database with row-level security policies so each account can only read its own records. Administrative access is restricted to the site owner. Files are served through short-lived signed links. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS.

We keep account, purchase and entitlement records for as long as your account exists and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. Waitlist entries are kept until the AI product launches or until you ask us to remove them.

11. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers required to run CALITURES — payment processing, database and authentication hosting, email delivery, analytics and bot protection — and only to the extent needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at calitures16@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your access to purchased digital products and does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Children

CALITURES is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

14. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use of CALITURES after an update means you accept the revised policy.
