Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of calitures.ai and all products sold through it, including wallpaper subscriptions, the growth course and — once released — CALITURES AI. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Use of the website

You may use CALITURES only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls or download protections; not to scrape, mirror or bulk download content; not to probe, overload or interfere with the site or its infrastructure; and not to use automated systems to create accounts or submit forms.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions

Wallpaper access is sold as a recurring monthly subscription in two tiers: Mobile and Mobile + Desktop. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately and may include a one-time adjustment fee; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Prices may change with notice, applying from your next renewal.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. If a payment fails, access to the related product may be suspended until payment succeeds. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

5. Digital product access

All CALITURES products are digital and delivered instantly through your account. There is no physical shipment. One-time purchases remain accessible while your account is active; subscription content is accessible while the subscription is active. Downloads are served through short-lived signed links tied to your entitlement.

6. Wallpaper licence — personal use only

Wallpapers are licensed, not sold. Subject to an active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CALITURES wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use only — as the background on devices you personally own.

You may not:

• redistribute wallpapers, in original or modified form;
• resell, license, rent or otherwise commercialise wallpapers;
• share wallpapers publicly, including uploads to wallpaper sites, cloud folders, Telegram or Discord servers, social platforms or file-sharing networks;
• use wallpapers in any commercial, promotional, branded, NFT or print-for-sale context;
• claim authorship of, or remove any identifying information from, CALITURES artwork;
• use wallpapers as training data for machine-learning models.

The licence ends automatically when your subscription ends or if these terms are breached. Files downloaded during an active subscription may be kept for your own personal use, but all other restrictions above continue to apply permanently.

7. Course access

The course is licensed for a single user. Course videos, written material, templates and downloadable resources may not be recorded, re-uploaded, redistributed, resold or taught as your own material. Sharing login credentials to provide others with course access is a breach of these terms and may result in termination without refund.

8. CALITURES AI

CALITURES AI is not yet released; joining the waitlist creates no purchase obligation on either side. When it launches, generation will be subject to usage limits and fair use. You agree not to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others, and not to upload images you do not have the right to use. We may suspend generation access for abuse. Additional AI-specific terms may apply at launch and will be published before purchase.

9. Intellectual property

All content on CALITURES — including wallpapers, course material, text, design, layout, code and the CALITURES name and branding — is owned by CALITURES or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. No rights are granted except the limited licences described in these terms.

10. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the site. Reviews must be honest and must not contain unlawful, abusive or promotional content. We may decline to publish or may remove any review.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you breach these terms — in particular by redistributing wallpapers or course material, sharing account access, abusing the download system or attempting to circumvent access controls. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

12. Availability and disclaimer

CALITURES is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue features. The course is educational; we make no guarantee of any particular growth, income or result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALITURES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities arising from your use of the site or its products. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to CALITURES in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Refunds

All products are digital and all purchases are final. Please read our Refund Policy before completing a payment.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
