Refund Policy

Digital products only

Every product sold by CALITURES is a digital product. Wallpaper collections, the growth course and — once released — CALITURES AI are delivered instantly to your account after payment. Nothing is shipped physically, and access cannot be returned once it has been granted.

All purchases are final

Because access to digital content begins immediately at the moment of purchase, all subscriptions and digital purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits or exchanges — including for unused subscription time, unused AI credits, downloads you did not use, or a change of mind after purchase.

By completing a payment you acknowledge that your digital content is made available immediately and you expressly waive any statutory cancellation or withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to digital content.

Please review before purchasing

We ask you to review your purchase carefully before completing payment: check the product, the plan tier and the price shown at checkout. Full product details are available on each product page, and our FAQ answers the most common questions. If anything is unclear, contact us before paying rather than after.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Duplicate or failed charges

This policy does not cover genuine billing errors. If you were charged twice for the same product, or charged for a subscription you had already cancelled, contact us with your receipt and we will investigate and correct the charge.

Access problems

If a product you paid for does not unlock, or a download fails, contact us and we will fix your access. A technical issue that we can resolve is not grounds for a refund, but we will always make sure you receive what you paid for.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the consumer law applicable to you.
